It's clear that the instructors have put a lot of thought and care into creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported, no matter their fitness level or background. Owner & founder of Soul Fit, Anna has had a love and passion for movement since a young age. After 5 years in the Health + Fitness Industry, Anna decided she needed to open a studio to expand her passion for helping others LOVE their bodies and movement! "If you dread going to the gym and exercising, you're doing it wrong."

I love to teach a variety of classes that include dance, fitness, yoga, and the healing arts. I look forward to working with all of you at Soul Fit. “What the mind believes the body can achieve.”

Katherine

Originally from Tampa, Katie moved to Chicago in 2003 and then to Bay City in 2021. Katie owns her own business- Mindful Fitness Simplified, and specializes in working with clients 1-1 to create more freedom in their lives through life coaching, strength training, and yoga. Katie provides a functional yoga practice that will enhance mobility, balance, and flexibility all while learning the foundational poses that connect your mind to your body. Katie has a lot of experience leading total beginners in both yoga and mindful movement, so don’t be shy about trying her classes even if you’ve never done it before!

Hey there! I'm Macey and I am one of the Barre instructors here! I'd love to tell you a little bit about me. I was a competitive gymnast growing up and continued that passion on
through college. Truly one of the best experiences of my life. Once I retired from the sport I had a tough time finding a workout that I enjoyed, I didn't think it was possible. I tried just about everything in the book until I discovered Barre and just fell in love with it. I am so excited to help you do the same! I have a love for people and I can't wait to be a part
of your journey, whatever that may be!

Outside of fitness some things I like to do are sports, crafts, and baking. Three words I would use to describe myself are hard working, caring, and passionate. One quote I like to live by is: Do what you love, love what you do!

Hello! I am Katie and I am so excited to be a part of the Soul Fit community! I love movement and what it can do for the mind as well as how it heals my own body. My journey began through dance at just 2 years old. I am now a runner and avid gym junkie because I truly love how it makes me feel and the people it has drawn me to. I have taught dance cardio based classes, kickboxing and ballet. When I am not working out, I am a full time pediatric Occupational Therapist for children with special needs. One of my favorite sayings is “trust the process”. With Soul Fit’s guidance and support, you’ll discover just how strong and capable you really are. I can’t wait to be a part of the process!
