Anna, the owner and founder of Soul Fit, has always had a deep love and passion for movement. Her journey began at a young age, fueled by a desire to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit through physical activity.
With over 6 years of experience in the Health + Fitness Industry, Anna realized that her true calling lay in helping others not just exercise but truly love their bodies and the way it fuels your soul. It was this realization that led her to establish Soul Fit, a studio dedicated to fostering a positive relationship with movement and self.
Anna's philosophy is simple yet powerful: "If you dread going to the gym and exercising, you're doing it wrong." At Soul Fit, she strives to redefine the fitness experience, making it not just a physical practice but a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and joy.

Originally from the East Coast, Melissa is a dedicated and passionate fitness professional who transitioned from a successful teaching career to follow her true calling in the fitness industry. Happily married with a daughter, she brings a wealth of experience and a unique touch to every class she leads. Melissa's expertise spans all fitness levels, from elite athletes to individuals with special needs. She is renowned for her dynamic Bootcamps, invigorating spin sessions, and engaging group exercise classes. A seasoned marathoner with a background in cross-country and track, Melissa is also an accomplished NPC Bikini Competitor and a skilled Functional Trainer. Her extensive qualifications include certifications in Functional Training (CPT), Performance Enhancement (PES), Precision Nutrition (PN1), CrossFit (CF1), Spin, Marathon/Endurance Training, and The Biomechanics Method (TBM2). With a holistic approach to fitness, Melissa is dedicated to transforming not just bodies but minds, helping her clients achieve their ultimate fitness goals. Join Melissa for a transformative fitness journey that combines high energy, expert guidance, and personalized training to elevate your performance and well-being.

Mel Flick- Manager

Originally from Tampa, Katie moved to Chicago in 2003 and then to Bay City in 2021. Katie owns her own business- Mindful Fitness Simplified, and specializes in working with clients 1-1 to create more freedom in their lives through life coaching, strength training, and yoga. Katie provides a functional yoga practice that will enhance mobility, balance, and flexibility all while learning the foundational poses that connect your mind to your body. Katie has a lot of experience leading total beginners in both yoga and mindful movement, so don’t be shy about trying her classes even if you’ve never done it before!

Hey there! I'm Macey and I am one of the Barre instructors here! I'd love to tell you a little bit about me. I was a competitive gymnast growing up and continued that passion on
through college. Truly one of the best experiences of my life. Once I retired from the sport I had a tough time finding a workout that I enjoyed, I didn't think it was possible. I tried just about everything in the book until I discovered Barre and just fell in love with it. I am so excited to help you do the same! I have a love for people and I can't wait to be a part
of your journey, whatever that may be!

Hey there, I'm Makenzie- one of the recent additions to the Soul Fit team. As a mother of two, my background includes a history of competitive swimming and dance. I've coached swim teams and provided private lessons, fostering a lifelong passion for health and fitness. I firmly believe that we experience our optimal well-being when our bodies are in motion. Thrilled to be a part of this vibrant fitness community, I look forward to assisting you in reaching your goals!

Mackenzie

Rose currently resides in Midland, but is originally from Bay City. After a 35, year career at Dow Chemical, she started doing Pilates, and loved it so much, that she become a STOTT certified Pilates instructor. Rose especially enjoys helping people find joy both physically and spiritually, with her classes set to Christian music. Her classes take into consideration both beginners and advanced students, offering appropriate modifications. Join Rose, renewing your body and soul.

As an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Danelle is thrilled to be apart of the Soul Fit Tribe. She finds immense joy in challenging herself to achieve fitness goals she once thought were impossible. Beyond fitness, Danelle enjoys sports, crafts, and baking. She describes herself as hardworking, caring, and passionate.

Hey guys! I’m Katie, and my family and I live in Midland, where we own two small businesses, Crêpes Et Amis and Iron Dame.
I’ve always loved to dance, so I got certified in Zumba over 10 years ago and have been teaching ever since. Currently, I also teach at Allied Group Fitness in Midland.
One of my favorite things about fitness classes is seeing people smile. Movement benefits the mind as much as the body. People often come in tired and stressed, but leave feeling joyful and relieved.
Recently, I got spin certified and teach Jumps (the one with the boots!), along with various other group fitness classes. I’m also working on personal trainer and health coach certifications.
I’m excited to be part of this team and dance with everyone!
